Hello Marko,
probably there will be no one which can offer you here a climatronic panel without pixel problems. Have you tried on Ebay?
There are also some proposals to fix the nasty pixel problems. Have a look in this link under interieur 'fixing pixel probs', although I have my doubts that it will work for a long time.
