I've heard, that in Germany exists possibility of checking car by data base of Insurance companies, and if car was in some incident it will be reflected there.
the only way,without a servicebook,is the last driver in germany,for this car!who can give you any informations about any incidences!
do you know the last german-insurence of this car???maybe they will give you any informations!
but i dont believe so...
also you can go to a car-expert,who will be check the bmw!

It semms a bit strange to me, that the car is so cheap and that there have been some problems with the alarm system.
Moreover the car hasn't a service book.
I don't want to deal with prejudices, but exspecially in the Baltic countries there are big organisations, that deal with stolen cars with a preference for German cars like Audi, BMW or Mercedes Benz.
I agree that you can make a copy from small plastic key and from key without remote control. But how you make a copy from key, where installed immobilizer. I know, that this job can do only by official dealer.
I have a bad news. Most likely I doesn't buy this car, because today salesman said that turnover tax (in Estonia 18%) is IS NOT included in the price.
Oooops...
But for me it is very important, because I want to buy car for company.
