Im now solving problem with my gearbox. Originally i have in car gearbox 220.0.0225.96

i bought few days before gearbox

260.0.1346.91
this one is probably from E30 or E34 520, and is too long for my usage.

MY QUESTION IS :
Where is difference between 220.0.0225.97 and 220.0.0225.96
It is year of production ? 97/96 ?

This is good information for me. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately i broke rear axle and LSD during sunday testing :-(. E36 is Never ending stroy....:-(
